Geatain Engineering performs many of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating & Air Conditioning Engineers (ASRAE) l, ll, and lll energy assessments for a variety of different buildings. They have helped hundreds of buildings to comply with LL97 and other NYC energy laws. In addition, Geatain Engineering have worked with NYC Accelerator initiative for the past three years and are one of the oldest energy engineering firms in addition to being one of the only engineering firms to fully electrify a NYC existing building.
